Buy-Back Value

The buy-back value will be determined based on:

Applicable deductions for wear and tear, damage, or missing components.
Any applicable service or processing charges.

The final buy-back value will be determined solely by Jewel Shoppe after inspection.

Products Not Eligible

The following items are not eligible for the Lifetime Buy-Back Program:

Customized or personalized jewellery.
Engraved products.
Damaged or altered jewellery.
Products repaired or modified by unauthorized service providers.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Jewellery without valid proof of purchase.
Buy-Back Process

To request a buy-back:

Contact our customer support team.
Provide your order number or purchase invoice.
Submit photographs of the jewellery if requested.
Send the product for inspection.
Our quality team will evaluate the jewellery and provide a buy-back offer.

Once you accept the offer, the buy-back process will be completed according to our terms.

Payment

Approved buy-back amounts may be provided in the form of:

Store Credit
Exchange Value towards a new purchase
Bank Transfer (where applicable)

The payment method will be communicated during the buy-back process.

Right to Refuse

Jewel Shoppe reserves the right to refuse any buy-back request if:

The product fails authenticity verification.
The jewellery has been significantly damaged or altered.
Required documentation is not provided.
The product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
