The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

Broken chains, bent jewellery, or damaged components due to excessive force.
Lost or stolen jewellery.

Warranty Claim Process

To request a warranty service:

Contact our customer support team.
Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Share clear photographs of the product and describe the issue.
If required, send the product to our service center for inspection.

After inspection, our team will determine whether the issue is covered under the Lifetime Warranty.

Repair or Replacement

If your warranty claim is approved:
